Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures in accordance with labor laws and company regulations.
Standardize and manage HR regulations, systems, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Conduct salary benchmarking and manage internal salary structures to support fair and competitive compensation strategies.
Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to statutory requirements.
Maintain and update employee records, payroll databases, and HR documentation to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and workplace investigations while ensuring a fair and legally compliant work environment.
Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, corporate events, and culture-building activities to foster a positive workplace environment.
Support HR projects, including policy development, organizational restructuring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a comprehensive HR role
Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred, as the role requires liaising with other countries
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations; experience in e-commerce or the beauty and personal care industry is an advantage
Comprehensive understanding of HR functions, with experience in managing end-to-end HR operations
