About the role We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Architect to join our talented team at M.E.I. Architects & Engineers Sdn Bhd in George Town, Penang. This full-time role will provide you the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting architectural projects, collaborating closely with our experienced design professionals. What you'll be doing Assisting senior architects in the design and development of architectural plans and drawings Conducting site visits and evaluating existing structures to gather necessary information for design proposals Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards Staying up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and building regulations Contributing to the continuous improvement of our design processes and workflows What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field 1-3 years of relevant experience in an architectural design or consultancy role Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders Passion for architecture and a keen eye for design About us M.E.I. is a leading provider of engineering consulting services in the region.
