Business Development Executive

Koperasi Shamelin Berhad is seeking a talented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our client portfolio. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a vital part in achieving the company's strategic objectives.

What you’ll be doing

• Identify new market opportunities for the company’s products or services.
• Develop strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clients.
• Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Negotiate and secure sales agreements or contracts with clients and strategic partners.
• Prepare sales performance and business development progress reports for management.
• Participate in trade shows, seminars, and industry events to promote the company’s products.
• Maintain professional relationships and build networks with clients and new business partners.
• Achieve the sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
