To handle corporate secretarial work and incorporation of company.

Able to communicate with potential customer.

Maintained corporate record in ready software.

Maintained of statutory records under the Companies Act 2016.

Preparation of the directors and shareholders' resolutions, AGM & EGM minutes and etc.

Filing of documents.

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate (MAICSA), Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Finance / Accountancy / Banking, Secretarial or equivalent.

Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English other dialects and language are added advantages.

Candidate with accountability, independant, passion, friendly, good in communication and strong follow up behave is added advantage.

Required Skill(s) : Microsoft Office, MS WORD , typewritter.

Working area : Kepong.
