Responsibilities :
- Experience in recruitment strategy and talent search
- Formulating and cultivate corporate culture
- Forming people management policy that ensure compliance with personnel related matters, enhance HR policies, plans and benefits
- Support office administration
- Day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Policy establishment and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc)
- Establishment of company Rules and Regulations
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
- Communicate with public services when necessary
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
Requirement :
