  • Monitor, manage and reply the company's general email inbox.
  • Process purchase orders
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, quotations
  • Send quotation to customers
  • Maintain accurate records of stock
  • Data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning
  • Meeting preparationg & minute-taking
  • Requirements :

    • Basic computing skills
    • Know how to use Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
    • Fluent in English & Malay (spoken & writing)
    • Job Type : Full-time

      Pay : From RM1,700.00 per month
