Project Consultant role located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This posting describes responsibilities and qualifications for managing HRMS implementation projects at BIPO.
Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end project management of HRMS implementation; participate in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing and deployment of BIPO solution.
- Manage and implement multiple projects (small to medium and large) simultaneously.
- Deliver project implementations on time and within budget per project schedule and constraints.
- Conduct regular status meetings, produce progress reports, and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
- Work closely with the respective Country Head to manage client needs and align project team expectations.
