ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Sales Operations Intern, you will support the Annual Re-Certification process for Money Services Business (MSB) Agents and Cash-Out (CICO) Merchants. You’ll be involved in documentation, reporting, and cross-functional communication to ensure compliance is completed by year-end.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct Annual Re-Certification for MSB Agents and CICO Merchants.

Generate and review audit-related reports : Audit Report, SSM Report, Insolvency Report, and CCRIS Report from Experian.

Liaise with MSB Agents regarding re-certification documentation.

Coordinate with the sales team on CICO Merchant re-certification matters.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Secretarial, or relevant.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and structured.
