Overview

Join to apply for the Operation Assistant role at DHL Supply Chain .

Responsibilities

  • Support the warehouse in distribution & shipping, process order fulfilment from inventory, scanning, pick & pack.
  • Check in items against purchase orders, verify quantities and condition, and place items in designated storage locations.
  • Safely move goods within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe, including proper stacking and storage of items.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM with at least 1 year of working experience in warehouse operations.
  • Computer literacy — familiar with Microsoft Excel / Word.
  • Familiar with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Able to work on standby (24x7).
  • Must possess own transport.
  • Able to speak and write in English and Malay.
  • Must be able to work in Seksyen 23, Shah Alam.
