Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage material inventory, delivery scheduling, and transportation arrangements.
- Coordinate vessel chartering, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Review and negotiate supply and delivery terms to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Production teams to ensure seamless supply chain processes.
- Track procurement and delivery KPIs, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements.
- Analyze freight market trends, inventory movements, and cost structures for management reporting.
- Support contract administration and related documentation.
- Carry out additional supply chain tasks as assigned by management.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline.
At least 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics.
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and problem-solving ability.
Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
