We are currently seeking ambitious individuals to join our IWPB team in the role of Primary Banker 1 , working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

Principal Responsibilities

• Act as a Branch Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experience through identifying and fulfilling customer needs at first point of contact
• Promote digital channel and Life Sign Technology to New to Bank (NTB) or Existing to Bank (ETB) customers
• Generate revenue growth by meeting customer needs for cards, personal loan, balance build and other retail products
• Drive referrals for both Advance and Premier customer segments
• Utilise customer base to look for opportunities and drive sales
• Update customer’s information accurately in the Bank’s system
• Ensure Compliance, Audit, SOX and other regulatory requirements are met

Qualifications
