Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end hiring process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates).
- Prepare and post job ads on various platforms.
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
Onboarding & Offboarding
Prepare offer letters, contracts, and necessary onboarding documents.Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure smooth new hire integration.Handle offboarding processes including exit interviews and documentation.HR Operations
