Account Clerk / Accounts Executive
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Clerk / Accounts Executive to join our team. If you have a solid accounting background and are ready to jump in immediately, we want to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities :
- Accounts Payable & Receivable : Manage daily AP / AR duties, including recording invoices, raising payment vouchers, and handling banking portal transactions.
- Monthly Reconciliation : Perform monthly reconciliation of bank accounts and supplier / customer statements, following up on any disputed invoices.
- Supplier & Local Authority Liaison : Communicate with suppliers regarding invoice matters and work with local authorities for business applications.
- Financial & Administrative Tasks : Handle salary and commission calculations, manage company / rental vehicle payments, and ensure all invoices and vouchers are properly filed.
- E-Commerce Support : Update Shopee / Lazada payments received and issue invoices.
What We're Looking For :
Education : Diploma or Degree in Accounting (LCCI or Diploma in Accounting is a must).Experience : At least 3 years of related experience is a plus, with a minimum of 1 year of accounting experience required.Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and experience with an Accounting System (SQL Accounting System is preferred).Qualities : Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and perform responsibilities with minimal supervision.Job Type : Full-time
Pay : RM2, RM2,700.00 per month
