Job Responsibilities
Assist in audits by government agencies, e.g., ISO compliance, including preparing required documentation.
Key in all credit bills and cash bills into the AutoCount Accounting System.
Key in store in / out transactions.
Maintain a systematic filing system with regularly updated and managed index.
Handle phone calls, faxes, emails, and other correspondence.
Ensure all daily office operations run smoothly.
Perform other related ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management or higher qualification in Administration or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Minimum of 5 years' administrative work experience.
Experience using AutoCount Accounting System is an advantage.
Experience in ISO and government documentation will be an added advantage.
Required languages : Malay and English. Mandarin is an advantage.
Working Hours
Mondays to Fridays : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
Saturdays : 8 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM
