Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in audits by government agencies, e.g., ISO compliance, including preparing required documentation.
  • Key in all credit bills and cash bills into the AutoCount Accounting System.
  • Key in store in / out transactions.
  • Maintain a systematic filing system with regularly updated and managed index.
  • Handle phone calls, faxes, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Ensure all daily office operations run smoothly.
  • Perform other related ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management or higher qualification in Administration or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Minimum of 5 years' administrative work experience.
  • Experience using AutoCount Accounting System is an advantage.
  • Experience in ISO and government documentation will be an added advantage.
  • Required languages : Malay and English. Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Working Hours

  • Mondays to Fridays : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
  • Saturdays : 8 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM
