About The Role

Grade Level : 10

Job Title : Senior Full Stack Developer

We partner with content producers across all divisions to improve insights for clients. The role focuses on building and maintaining tools for editorial and publishing workflows and integrating Generative AI solutions to enhance content creation and automation.

The Impact

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain tools and solutions for editorial and publishing processes.

Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver high‑quality solutions.

Ensure scalability, security, and performance of the developed tools.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Integrate GenAI solutions to enhance editorial and design workflows, ensuring compliance with data security and ethical guidelines.

Identify opportunities where GenAI can streamline processes and provide efficiencies.

Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.

5–8 years of experience in software development.

Proficiency in Python, JavaScript (including React and TypeScript).

Experience with CMS, AWS or Azure Cloud Services, APIs, and cloud platforms.

Strong problem‑solving abilities.

Experience working with globally distributed teams.

Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with latest trends in digital publishing.

Experience with data analytics / visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Flourish, Infogram, Plotly).

Track record of delivering complex software projects.

Strong analytical and decision‑making skills.
