Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth through the identification and pursuit of government tender opportunities and the development of strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue government tender opportunities aligned with the company’s goals.
• Manage tender preparation, documentation, submission, and post-submission follow-up.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with government bodies, clients, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, finance, operations) to ensure tender submissions are complete, compliant, and competitive.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and procurement policies to provide input for business strategies.
• Support the development and execution of business development plans to drive revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, activities, and tender outcomes for reporting.
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and official government briefings when required.
