The position is responsible for managing the growth and development of the company’s product portfolio comprising of premium award winning alcoholic beverages.

Skills

  • Passion and drive to excel in the beer, wine, spirits and food industry.
  • Skilled in developing annual strategic business and marketing plans to achieve KPI’s and sales forecasts.
  • Able to communicate and coordinate professionally with international brand owners and their team members.
  • Efficiently manages a profitable brand P&L by controlling A&P spend and building brand health.
  • Planned, managed and executed effective promotions and events within the food and beverage segment.
  • Manages a team across departments including sales, finance and logistics.
  • Stays up-to-date with world trends and economic outlook affecting the country and industry.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of working experience in sales and preferably with exposure to marketing, brand management and commercial experience in FMCGs.
  • Diploma or Degree holder in Sales & Marketing, Communications or its equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Effective communication across departments and overseas clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical skills, meticulous and result oriented.
  • Mature, responsible, positive work ethic and integrity.
  • Effective communication and people management skills.
