Digital Marketing Sales Specialist
You are the person who actually understands what clients need—not what they think they need. Most businesses know they should "do digital" but don’t know how, which channels to use, or what actually works. You fill that gap by talking to clients, diagnosing their real problems, recommending the right mix of digital channels, collaborating with specialists to build the strategy and budgets, and closing the deal.
Responsibilities
Discovery & Diagnosis
- Listen to clients and figure out what is actually broken.
- Map their business, market, and competition.
- Ask the right questions to understand which channels matter to them.
Strategic Thinking
Recommend the right mix of channels (SEM, social, marketplace, or a combination).Plan sequencing—what comes first, what’s long‑term, what are quick wins.Work with specialists to build budgets that make sense.Defend every recommendation with logic.Selling the Solution
Present strategy in language clients actually understand.Own the full sales cycle—from discovery through close.Build trust by showing you actually get their business.Manage the relationship post‑sale (or hand it off smoothly if the team grows).Staying Sharp
Develop your own point of view on what works in digital.Stay ahead of trends—search, AI, and emerging channels.Contribute ideas to how 3thirds evolves.Eventually bring clients into emerging opportunities like AI Optimisation.Commission‑Based Reality

Essential
2–3 years in digital marketing sales, SEM, social ads, or similar.Real experience managing ad budgets (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.).Understand how different channels work and when to use them.Strong strategic thinking—diagnose problems rather than just offering solutions.Excellent communication—explain complexity simply, no jargon.Comfortable working with specialists and technical teams.Track record of closing deals and owning the full sales cycle.Bonus
Experience with e‑commerce, SaaS, or B2B clients.Familiarity with marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc.).Track what’s happening in search and AI.Portfolio or case studies showing strategic thinking (not just ad spend).Must‑Have Mindset
