Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive information security policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and manage risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee incident response processes and lead investigations when security breaches occur.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into system designs.
  • Provide training and awareness programs to employees on cybersecurity best practices.
  • Regularly review and update security systems and tools to address emerging threats.
  • Prepare detailed reports for management on the effectiveness of security measures.

    • The Successful Applicant

    A successful Information Security Manager should have :

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and tools.
  • Experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards relevant to the technology industry.
  • Proven ability to handle security incidents and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills for training and reporting purposes.
  • A proactive mindset to stay updated on the latest security trends and threats.
