We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager – Brand Activation to lead the charge in driving engagement, awareness, and conversion through creative, high-impact campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute 360° marketing and activation campaigns across retail, digital, social, and experiential platforms.
- Drive on-ground activations, events, and community engagement initiatives that strengthen brand connection and consumer loyalty.
- Develop and implement seasonal and thematic marketing plans that build brand visibility and drive retail performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution across all channels.
- Amplify brand presence through partnerships, sponsorships, influencer engagement, and content marketing.
- Manage the marketing budget and performance metrics , ensuring each activation delivers measurable ROI and consumer impact.
- Inspire and guide the marketing team and agency partners to push creative boundaries and deliver excellence in execution.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within sports, lifestyle, or retail industries.Proven track record in brand activation, experiential marketing, and integrated campaign management.Strong understanding of consumer engagement, community marketing, and event execution.Hands-on, energetic, and resourceful with the ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.Excellent storytelling, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.Proficient in marketing tools, CRM, and analytics platforms ; open to travel for campaign activations.Seniority level
