We are seeking an experienced and motivated sales professional in Malaysia to join our team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales for MantraCare’s wellness programs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting mental health and wellness services, with strong networking skills, relationship-building abilities, and a proven track record in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking at corporate events to generate new leads.
• Qualify prospects by presenting and promoting MantraCare’s wellness services, converting discussions into long-term business relationships.
• Conduct product presentations and demos, addressing client needs and concerns effectively.
• Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring consistent business growth.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, ensuring that client expectations are met and projects align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Regularly update sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the management team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
