IT Literacy : familiarity with Microsoft Suite, especially Excel & Outlook Experience with ERP software Language Skills : Able to read, write and speak English at a professional level.
Responsibilities :
- Receive and process purchase orders
- Handle order-related and other queries from customers, through both email and whatsapp
- Verify orders, including customers' personal information and payment details
- Issue sales transaction invoices and fulfil customer's billing requirements
- Plan the delivery route for delivery drivers
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Guide junior in their day-to-day task
- Direct feedback from customers to relevant departments
- Coordinate and work with internal stakeholder(s) to resolve daily issues and provide solutions
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested
