About Employer :
A Sales Support Specialist assists the sales team in obtaining and keeping customers / internal by performing administrative and clerical tasks. Their main duties include responding to vendor enquiries, arrange resources for class schedule, trainer and accommodation.
Office Hours : 8 : 30am - 5 : 30pm Monday to Friday
Basic Salary : RM3000 - RM 5000

Job Description :
Be the owner for the products assigned to youBe the contact person with the principalsMain good relationship with the principalsRenewal of contracts / agreements with the principalsResponsible for marketing events related to the productsMaintain and update information on the Principals portal if anyUpdate schedule and update the sales & marketing team on major marketing activities, new products or new versionsUpdate on online learning courses, lab and materialsProduce and provide reports in a timely basis to the principal as required, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline report to the principals.Identify and source for more potential and experienced trainers.Highlight to management any significant matters, including update, price increase, negative class feedback, etc.Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.Handling trainers schedule, travel and accommodation.Handling administrative duties for the company and its executives and management teams.Job Requirements :
