Job Description :
- Issue and manage purchase orders (PO), including obtain necessary approvals and send POs to supplier.
- Manage procurement tasks including communication with supplier and forwarder regard of shipment lead time, shipment delivery and shipment clearance.
- Order follow-up, track delivery and shipment clearance.
- Conduct data analysis on cost, sales and supplier performance to support decision-making
- Develop Procurement strategies and sourcing plans based on market trends and data insights
- Understand import regulations and requirements for imported products.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery and stock management.
- Maintain proper procurement documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfil project needs and manage urgent order requests.
- Other duties & assignments as instructed by superior from time to time.
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Primary / Secondary School / SPM / "O" Level, Higher Secondary / STPM / "A" Level / Pre-U, Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.Required language(s) : Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, EnglishAt least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Executive specialize in Purchasing / Inventory / Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.Experience in import procedures are advantage.Able communicate with suppliers in mandarin language.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay : RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
