Job Summary :

We are seeking a competent and results-driven Site Manager / Construction Manager to lead the on-site execution of all the construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all site operations, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining quality standards, and enforcing health and safety compliance. This role involves close coordination with project consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, manage, and supervise day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with design specifications.
• Coordinate and lead the site team, including site supervisors, subcontractors, and workers.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones within budget.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and local authorities for inspections, approvals, and compliance matters.
• Chair site meetings, provide progress updates, and prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports.
• Ensure quality control measures and safety procedures are strictly enforced on-site.
• Manage material deliveries, site logistics, and resource allocation.
• Review construction drawings and identify any discrepancies or design conflicts.
• Resolve technical and operational issues promptly with minimal disruption to project flow.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure rectification of non-conformance works.
• Oversee the preparation of work programs, method statements, and site documentation.
