Clinic Assistant

Assist doctors during consultations and ultrasound sessions.

Provide patient counselling and education on relevant health topics.

Support doctors in the operating theatre for procedures (IUI, OPU, ET, FET, etc.), where applicable.

Maintain a high standard of patient care and handle patient feedback professionally.

Manage administrative tasks related to the nursing team and maintain confidential health records.

Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures and safety protocols.

Contribute to marketing, outreach, or center expansion activities when required.

Lead or assist in specific projects as directed by doctors, the Lead Nurse, or the Nurse Manager.

Job Requirements

• Minimum a recognized Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Self-motivated, patient-oriented, and proactive in work approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional manner.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Capable of working independently and within a team.
• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks.
