Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook daily meals according to menu and quality standards.
- Assist in planning and developing specials menu.
- Bake or prepare simple pastries, desserts, or bread (e.g. mini pizza, roti boy, cake).
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area at all times.
- Ensure all food is prepared safely and stored properly.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
