Responsibilities :

  • Perform general administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Manage phone calls, filing, and provide general administrative support.
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
  • Accurately and promptly record all accounting transactions (AP / AR).
  • Participate in projects and coordinate company activities as needed.
  • Track and manage staff leave, including annual leave, sick leave, and hospitalization leave.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements :

  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • At least 3 year of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word / Excel).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Basic communication and comprehension skills in Chinese, English, and Malay.
  • Working Hours : Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

    Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
