ENGINEER (FRESH GRADUATES)

Overview

Assist in planning, organizing, and managing engineering aspects of projects.

Prepare technical drawings, designs, and layouts using relevant software (e.g. AutoCAD).

Coordinate with project teams to ensure engineering deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

Technical Support

Provide engineering support for pipe fabrication, structural works, and civil construction activities.

Conduct technical analysis, material take-offs, and calculations as required.

Support procurement by providing technical specifications and evaluating supplier quotations.

Site Supervision

Supervise site work to ensure compliance with engineering standards, quality, and safety requirements.

Monitor contractor performance and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities on engineering matters.

Quality & Compliance

Ensure all engineering work adheres to company policies, industry codes, and statutory requirements.

Conduct inspections and testing to ensure quality standards are met.

Prepare and review method statements, risk assessments, and technical documentation.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain proper documentation of engineering records, drawings, and reports.

Submit progress reports, site diaries, and as-built documentation as required.

Recommend technical improvements for project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Participate in internal audits and reviews to enhance engineering and operational practices.
