System Implementation Manager (Digital Transformation )

Impact

As a Program or Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects / programs. You’ll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

What You’ll Do

• Lead DT site localization activities for manufacturing at LMM, LMK and LMT including Systems DBV phase coordination.
• Ensure the team stays on track with all Design, Build and Validate phase milestone and deliverables to meet business requirements.
• Seamlessly collaborate and work across multiple teams (internal and external) to implement the solutions.
• Assist coordination of onsite / local user test participation during system integration (SIT) and User Acceptance Test (UAT).
• Act as lead for Global Manufacturing TENS (Transformation Engagement Network) to ensure DT information is thoroughly communicated and feedback is actioned to support the business.
• Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders.
• Lead business transformation by leading global manufacturing process owners in re‑engineering manufacturing business processes to meet Global Operation’s strategic objectives and goals for Digital Transformation.
