About the role :

The Sales Support Specialist plays a key role in assisting the sales team across APAC_MEA Region to ensure smooth operations and efficient customer interactions. This role involves providing administrative support, managing client accounts, and assisting in the execution of sales strategies. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of multitasking in a fastpaced environment.

Senior Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities :

  • Administrative Support :

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales presentations, proposal generation, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.

  • Customer Interaction :
  • Respond to enquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate information or escalating issues to the appropriate team members for faster response.

  • Order Tracking :
  • Tracking the customer orders, ensuring all orders are accurately and submit the order processing time.

  • Sales Documentation :
  • Prepare and maintain sales documents, including contracts, proposals, and sales reports.

  • CRM Management : Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Support Sales Initiatives :
  • Assist in the execution of sales campaigns, promotions, and other initiatives to drive customer engagement and sales growth.

  • Reporting :
  • Generate sales reports and provide insights to the BD Manager on key metrics and performance indicators.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration :
  • Work closely with other departments, such as Marketing, Presales, Delivery Team, and SME. to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Product Knowledge :
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to effectively support the sales team and answer customer questions.

    Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 years of Sales Support or relevant working experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
