【Japanese Job】We are hiring a Moving Coordinator for our International Relocation Division. ※Please note that this position requires JLPTN2 (or above) level Japanese proficiency. Job Description :

Handle inquiries from Japanese customers who are considering relocating

Conduct consultations, site visits, prepare quotations, assist in moving

procedures (including preparing documents at the customer's residence), and issue invoices

Sales and marketing targeting Japanese customers

On-site supervision of the moving team

Coordinate with condominium management for moving permits, prepare deposits,

and arrange partner vendors

Business trips to areas such as Johor and Penang will be required

Requirements :

JLPT N2 or above

Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of working experience

Experience in corporate sales or customer service / Strong communication

skills

Ability to multitask (you will be managing multiple cases at the same time)

Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive
