Overview

POSITION : BRANCH MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER (IMMEDIATE HIRING!)

BIG SUPERMART SDN BHD is seeking a talented BRANCH MANAGER / BRANCH ASSISTANT MANAGER / FRESH EXECUTIVE to join our dynamic retail team. This full-time position is based in Kapar, Selangor, and will play a pivotal role in driving our retail initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the overall day-to-day operational issues and sales activities.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of stock (e.g., arrangement of stock, replenishment of stock, return of stock).
  • Implement and adhere to the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and monitor day-to-day operations.
  • Enforcing teamwork spirit.
  • Observe the performance and achievement of staff for ‘Staff Appraisal’.
  • Achieving targets, controlling, and leading departmental teams for different campaigns and other promotional events.
  • Observe and understand the demand and requirements of customers in terms of products, company image, and comfort level of the environment.
  • Ensure a clean and tidy work environment.

Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of working experience with strong management skills in a Retail supermarket or a relevant field; immediate availability is an added advantage.
  • Proactive and initiative team player with the ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Must have the passion and drive to grow together with the team and be able to provide good customer service.
  • Able to work according to retail hours, including weekends & Public Holidays.
  • Candidates with minimum job experience and knowledge will be considered for the Person-In-Charge (PIC) position.
