Job Description :
- Provide support to existing customers, including addressing and resolving issues.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure services align with customer requirements.
- Manage job responsibilities such as shipment planning, vendor bookings, customs clearance, transportation, and documentation.
- Update data accurately within the system.
Job Requirements :
Preferably 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding.Ideally a Senior Executive specialising in Logistics / Supply Chain or a related field.Strong attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy.Demonstrates a positive working attitude.Possesses excellent communication skills and thrives in a team environment.Effective problem-solving abilities.Displays a strong sense of responsibility.Required languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (both spoken and written).Annual medical and vision check-ups.Yearly company trip, salary increment, and bonus.Interested candidates can apply online or send your resume to .
