Responsible for driving sales performance, monitoring revenue targets, and implementing initiatives to optimize restaurant profitability.
Provide excellent food quality and service to maximize outlet profitability.
Responsible for accurate handling of cash and online payments, daily sales reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with company transaction procedures
Monitor staffâs attendance, leave, attitude and performance.
Involve in interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling and managing staff.
Manage overall outlet and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
Identify customersâ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
Purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements.
Comply with all health and safety regulations.
Report to management regarding sales results and productivity.
Lead the team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
Establish targets, KPIâs, schedules, policies and procedures
Provide two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis on motivation and teamwork.
Job Requirements
Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Malaysian or Permanent Resident (PR).
Possess min SPM, Diploma, Degree in any field.
Have at least 2-3 years of working experience managing QSR, Counter Service or cafe.
Demonstrates strong leadership in managing daily outlet operations, including team supervision, staff scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring adherence to company SOPs and service standards.
