Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with proposals, contracts and client follow-ups
• Maintain customer databases, process orders and track sales performance
• Respond to inquiries, schedule meetings and handle customer requests
• Liaise between sales and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Participate in promotional activities as appropriate and as determined by the Director of Sales & Marketing
