Executive – Project Sales (Based in Butterworth)

As the Project Sales Associate, you are required to be self‑motivated to expand Nippon Paint’s market share through sourcing of new market leads. Your responsibilities will require you to communicate extensively with various stakeholders from both internally within the Company or group of companies and externally with our business partners.
Responsibilities
- Establish new accounts and build and maintain good relationships with painting and waterproofing contractors.
- Plan and execute regular visits to construction sites, build relationships with contractors and painters, and supply paints to the project.
- Liaise with specifiers (architect, QS and developers) and painting contractors on the Company’s product specifications.
- Carry out site inspections and propose relevant solutions in response to customers’ complaints.
- Handle timely collection by monitoring debtor ageing to reduce days outstanding and provide solutions to ensure a smooth sales process.

Diploma or Degree in Business Management / QS / Civil Engineering or equivalent from recognised universities.Minimum 1 year B2B sales experience in building materials, QS or related industries.Experience in waterproofing or flooring will have an added advantage.Fluent in both written & spoken English. Ability to converse in local dialects is an added advantage.Excellent presentation skills and organising skills are required.Possess own transport and willing to travel.Application Questions
