Overview

Provide legal advice to management and business teams on products, operations, regulatory issues, and compliance matters. Advise on cryptocurrency-related activities, including futures and spot trading, ensuring compliance with international and local regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the compliance framework, including user agreements and KYC / AML policies.
  • Represent the company in dealings with regulators, enforcement authorities, and external counsel, and identify legal risks across business processes.
  • Support legal review of commercial transactions, new products, customer agreements, vendor contracts, and marketing materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Law from a recognized institution in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, or Singapore.
  • Qualified to practice law in one of the above jurisdictions or possess relevant regional experience.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a cryptocurrency exchange or related financial institution.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, custodial services, and payment systems.
  • Excellent judgment, adaptability, and collaboration skills.
  • Active interest in the cryptocurrency industry and its regulatory developments.
