Supply Chain Manager

The ideal candidate is responsible for developing and implementing a supply strategy that delivers the lowest total cost and maximizes customer satisfaction through world class service.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall demand planning, SOP and KPI requirement for local and import ordering to ensure optimal stockholding & timely replenishment to all distribution centers.
• Monitoring and proposing changes to stock parameters considering MOQ and safety stock.
• Manage promotional inventory requirements and seasonal changes to the inventory holdings.
• Establish strong working relationship with Merchandising, Operation, Space and Range, Marketing and others dept.
• Review and follow up with buyer, suppler and warehouse team on ordering and delivery window to warehouse.
• Interact with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of stock to warehouse.
• Maintain good working relationship with various freight forwarders.
• Import Operations : Monitoring pipeline report, review & revise forecast with Buyer, follow up with forwarding agent on incoming shipment and custom related issue.
• Develop & achieve supply chain strategies + KPIs and participate on SCM monthly performance review with management.
• To coach, mentor, motivate and develop the supply chain team members.
