Analytics Consultant

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable data requirements.
- Turn ambiguous requests into measurable insights with a strong focus on accuracy and clarity.
- Analyze and recommend improvements to data setup and maintenance processes to drive efficiency.
- Tackle strategic business challenges by delivering actionable insights through data analysis, using a range of technologies and analytical methods.
- Design, develop, and implement custom automation solutions to optimize reports and processes.
- Leverage intelligent automation tools including (but not limited to) Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Partner with process owners to map, validate, and refine business processes.
- Conduct end-to-end validations to ensure data integrity and business alignment.
- Apply design standards and performance best practices to enhance dashboard usability and clarity.
- Resolve data conflicts by providing domain expertise and determining appropriate values.
- Integrate data from multiple sources to deliver accurate and meaningful outputs.
- Create user guides, documentation, and training materials to support adoption and long-term sustainability.
- Lead and contribute to both regional and global projects.

Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Math, Engineering, Analytics, or equivalent work experience. An advanced degree is a plus.Minimum 2 years of advanced reporting or programming experience with SQL or Snowflake.At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Tableau and / or Power BI, with strong knowledge of data optimization, visual design, and dashboard development.Proficiency in MS Excel.Strong technical aptitude to understand system issues, data sources, and touchpoints.Problem-solving mindset with a solution-driven approach.Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt your message to different audiences (team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership).Comfortable testing and piloting new technologies and evaluating their fit for the broader team.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Customer Operations environments.Led or contributed significantly to at least one large-scale project.End-to-end experience implementing automation solutions using intelligent automation tools (e.g., Robocorp RPA, OCR, AI, ML, APIs, SQL, Python).Strength in key competencies such as :Managing Ambiguity
