Hiring talent to build local 8-figure DTC F&B brands.
As an E-Commerce Marketing Executive, you will be primarily responsible for growing our brands growth (LadyBossFoodie / Auntie Chia's) across marketplaces such as TikTok, Shopee, Lazada & XHS 小红书. This role requires you to be analytical as well as super hands on with execution.
You’ll be part of a fast-paced marketing team, working directly with the founders to plan and execute campaigns across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who loves variety — from writing and content creation to campaign analysis and social media coordination.
You should be a T-shaped marketer : comfortable in all areas of marketing, but with strong hands-on experience in digital performance and content marketing.
Areas of Responsibility
- Manage and communicate with KOLs, KOCs, affiliates, and influencers across TikTok, FB, and Little Red Note.
 - Track affiliate performance, provide content briefs, and ensure timely submissions.
 - Build long-term relationships with partners and explore collaboration opportunities.
 - Coordinate sample deliveries, campaign timelines, and payout summaries.
 
Content Topic & POV Creation (30%)
Research and ideate weekly POV (Point of View) angles based on audience insight and platform trends.Work closely with creative and video team to plan and write content scripts or captions.Ensure content reflects brand tone — warm, relatable, emotional, and real-life driven.Suggest visual hooks or UGC styles that fit each platform’s audience.Campaign Planning & Store Management (20%)
Plan out Mega Day, A Day and regular day campaign mechanics.Communicate with production team to ensure stocks are sufficient for mega day events.Setup and monitor voucher and product discounts.Product listing optimization and more.Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in marketing with proven record.Experience with marketplaces (TikTok / XHS / Facebook / Instagram).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Must have experience in managing marketplaces.Experience managing influencers, affiliates, or KOL campaigns.Organized, proactive, and comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders.Passionate about food, content, and storytelling.Support & Benefits
