About the role As a Sales Admin Officer / Executive, you will be responsible to support key account operations by managing orders, documentation, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient process
What you'll be doing
- Manage Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up on payment collections from key accounts.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth and efficient timely product deliveries.
- Monitor and update shipment records, ensuring timely communication with relevant stakeholders on any discrepancies or issues.
- Manage monthly settlements and related documentation for key accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring accessibility and compliance with company standards.
- Update and manage the key accounts purchase portal with product listings and key account requirements.
- Process expense claims, administrative requests, and other tasks in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Provide support for other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the line manager.
