Senior Executive, Project

Job

Responsibilities : Responsible

for overall planning of project

development.

Involve in land acquisition,

project inception feasibility study, design conceptual and

development.

Liaison with local authorities and

consultants for all submission and approvals are obtained

timely.

Attend authorities and client

consultant meetings.

Coordinate with Marketing

and Contract Departments regarding SPA, launching, costing, tender,

building materials and specification.

Report to

the management regarding planning, submission and approvals

status.

Create and maintain project

documentation and filing.

Other duties assigned

as and when

required.

Job

Requirements : Candidate

must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Civil

Engineering from recognized

institution

Familiar with the authorities'

submission and approval procedures

Minimum 5

year(s) of working experiences in property development industry

related to project planning and

development

Familiar with work scheduling /

planning and good in report writing

Possess a

positive attitude, ability to organize, plan, meet deadlines and

work well under pressure

High level of

initiative & able to work

independently

Required skill(s) : MS Office,

Excel, MS Project, Power Point, Autocad,

etc.

Good communication skills in English and

Bahasa Malaysia

Willing to

travel.
