Prepare quotations and issue sales policy cover notes for partners efficiently. Ensure accurate record-keeping of customer orders, addressing any issues promptly to maintain correct and updated information. Build in-depth knowledge of our insurance products to provide personalised recommendations that align with customers’ needs and preferences. Process customer transactions and issue policies using the appropriate portals. Efficiency, accuracy and speed in generating quotations are crucial for maintaining high performance and meeting client expectations. Requirements

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU Fresh graduates and interns are encouraged to apply. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field – is a plus! Individuals with the flexibility to commit to gaining hands-on experience for an extended period are welcome to apply as well. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a sharp attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment. Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. IMPORTANT LOGISTICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job is onsite, at our office. This job has a strict working slot of 9AM to 3PM, 5 days a week. You are required to be equipped with your own technology devices.
