The Role
We're looking for a proactive, adaptable and ethical Procurement & Administration Executive. You'll handle procurement, administration and operational support, with exposure to site coordination, warehouse management and cross-department support. You'll also work with people from diverse backgrounds, including foreign workers, and support our operations, sales and other departments when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Source, evaluate and negotiate effectively with suppliers and vendors.Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.Prepare purchase requisitions, purchase orders and related documentation.Maintain vendor records, pricing and contracts.Track deliveries, resolve discrepancies and monitor supplier performance.Manage general office administration including supplies, equipment and maintenance.Handle records, files and documentation for audits and reporting.Assist with HR administrative tasks such as attendance, leave records and onboarding support.Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings and internal communications.Monitor and maintain office facilities and warehouse areas to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.Provide administrative support to management for reports, presentations and data consolidation.Support operations and sales teams, and liaise with over 400 site workers (including foreign workers) when required.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field.Minimum2 years of experience
in a similar or related role.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with suppliers and vendors.Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks and work quickly under deadlines.Proficient in English and Malay (spoken and written).Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).High integrity, good work ethics, adaptability and a desire for a stable, long-term position.Open-minded, embraces diversity, team player and comfortable working with foreign workers.Willingness to travel, take on administrative tasks and oversee warehouse / site operations when required.What We Offer
