Working Hours :

  • Monday – Friday : 9.30am – 5.30pm
  • Saturday : 9.30am – 1.30pm (alternative or work from home)

1. Customer Support & Communication

2. Issue Handling & Escalation

3. Documentation & Reporting

4. Tenant & Owner Relationship

5. General Office & Team Support

Requirements

  • Malaysian citizen only.
  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in related field (Hospitality, Business, Admin preferred).
  • Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (added advantage).
  • Friendly, patient, and problem-solving attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • Experience in property, hotel, or customer service field is an added advantage.
