Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for managing HR tasks, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and managing personnel. You will handle day-to-day HR operations, support the recruitment process, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the matchmaking or service industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
