Job Description :
- To be responsible for the entire operations of the restaurant / outlet
- Providing leadership and control in outlet, ensuring all customers to receive good service and quality of food
- Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, health & safety
- Preparing report for shift / week, including staff control and sales
- Team player and able to train and guide outlet team
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Primary / Secondary School / SPM / "O" Level, Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent.Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, EnglishAt least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Dynamic personality with good communication ability
