Compensation : RM12,000 - RM18,000 / month

ROLE PURPOSE

We are looking for a hands-on software consultant to join our software team to improve our software capabilities to provide software solutions for Glory’s customers from different industries. This is a newly created role because of the increased demand in software solutions in the regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the Subject Matter Expert for all in-house software products and customized solutions.
  • Support partners to integrate with Glory products.
  • Research, design, and implement software programs.
  • Perform comprehensive testing to ensure software performance and robustness.
  • Perform field installation and training when necessary.
  • Attend, analyse and troubleshoot field problems related to software.
  • Document requirements, user guides, and training materials.
  • Work closely with sales teams, other developers, and different departments for project implementation.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 3 or more years of relevant experience
  • Diploma or Degree in computing or related IT certification

    • REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

    Technical

  • Experienced in development in .NET core 3.1 or above.
  • Familiar with Dependency Injection.
  • Experienced in either C# Web API development or C# WPF App development (Prefer candidates with both).
  • Experienced in RESTful API integration (integration with 3rd party API) and Json Web Token Authentication.

    • Non-Technical

  • English language – Excellent.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good troubleshooting skills.
  • Good interpersonal relationship.
