Penerangan pekerjaanHandling full set accounts including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, monthly P&L report, cash flow report (total expenditure report) and total income report to management Responsible for monitoring, verification & processing account payable including all expenses and claims. Liaison with Bank such as LC documents presentation, loan, TT remittance (secure favorable FOREX rates), banker's cheque, etc. Responsible for partial HR matters including monthly payroll and statutory payment, prepare employment letter, staffs leave record. Liaison with auditors, tax agent, all statutory and government agency on all Accounts related matters Supervise subordinators on account related matters. Admin task and any other assigned tasks related to Accounts & Finance Minimum Bachelor Degree Accounting / Finance or related discipline Minimum 5 year(s) of experience in full set accounts / relevant position is an added advantage Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia Required skill(s) : MS Office & Excel Knowledge & skill in UBS / similar accounting system is an added advantage Well organized, initiative, committed and have ability to multi-task Able to start work immediately will be an advantage
